Reservations and Payments:
- Booking Process: All reservations must be made through our online booking system. Once a reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods specified on our website.

Cancellation Policy:
- Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations.
- Reservation Modifications: Any request to change a reservation must be made at least 30 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate the requested changes but cannot guarantee availability.

- Risks and Insurance: Jungle Adventures Peru is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur during your stay. We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance to cover these risks.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for their behavior and must respect the established rules of conduct and safety. Any damage to the facilities will be the responsibility of the guest and must be compensated.
