The Manu Reserved Zone tours begin in Cusco. We’ll cross the Andes to arrive at the mysterious cloud forest. We’ll have time to visit the most iconic inhabitant of the cloud forest, the cock of the rock.
Cruise across the Madre de Dios River, the Palotoa River and the Manu River. You’ll visit the territories of the giant river otters. On these scenic transfers you’ll be able to enjoy Manu’s serenity.

Join Jungle Adventures Peru on Manu Park tours to discover the charm of the Peruvian jungle. Our Manu Reserved Zone tours open the doors to pristine nature.
Our Manu Reserved Zone tour begins hours before the sun rise. From 4:00 to 4:30 will be the hotel pick up. The drive from Cusco will take a couple of hours. We’ll arrive at Paucartambo for breakfast.
Our drive continues until Acjanaco mountain. This is a famous view point ot observe the sunrise and the jungle below. The descent to the Manu Reserved Zone starts here. We’ll approach the cloud forest for an extrusion.
We will go to look for the Cock of the rock. During this stop, you’ll be able to see the flora and fauna from the high parts of the Manu.
We’ll continue the descent towards Atalaya Port. We’ll have lunch in Atalaya. Then we’ll take a boat down the Madre de Dios River. This is the beginning point of the Manu Park Tours.
When we reach the Palotoa River, we’ll change boats to go upstream across this river. This will be our first Peke peke boat adventure. On this boat ride you can enjoy the Manu Wildlife (Peru).
Our arrival time to the Treehouse Inn will be around 5 pm.
For the second day of these Manu Park Tours, we’ll rise with the sun. At 5:00 we’ll depart. We have to walk 20 minutes to arrive at the parrot clay licks. We will observe these colorful birds fly over your head in every direction.
We’ll return to the Treehouse Inn to have breakfast. After this will go on Manu Reserve Zone tours. We will be traveling on a boat for 4 hours. This boat ride Amazon tour is perfect to spot spider monkeys, caimans and other Manu wildlife (Peru).
Lunch will have to be in the boat. In the afternoon, we’ll be arriving at Manu Lodge. We will settle in this lodge for the night. Our dinner will be here.
After dinner, we’ll go on a night walks. We hope to uncover some nocturnal animals. Some night birds may be in our way.
On day 3, the Manu park Tours will begin early. After breakfast we’ll take a boat to the Manu Control Point. This is the Control station. Here we’ll gain access to the Manu Reserved Zone.
We’ll visit the Cocha Brashco. We’ll explore this river on a catamaran boat. This is a stellar place to observe jaguars, caimans and many monkeys. We’ll also encounter the giant river otters. But the most interesting inhabitant is the Hoatzin bird.
We’ll have a picnic lunch while exploring. The return to the Manu Lodge should take a few hours. We will be there before dinner.
After dinner, we’ll enjoy another of the night walks around the jungle.
After breakfast we’ll continue the Manu Parks tours. After breakfast we will have another boat ride to another zone. This day we may encounter capybaras.
We’ll return to the Treehouse Inn lodge for lunch. We’ll have some time to nap (during the hottest hour of the day).
After the nap, we’ll go up the Palotoa river for the river tubing experience. You will flow down the river. This is a mild thrill, but it’s super fun.
Our river tubing adventure will finish in front of the Treehouse lodge. In the lodge we’ll have dinner. Then we’ll go on a night walk.
After breakfast Our manu Park tours will be almost over. We’ll have one last boat ride. As the last part of our Manu reserved Zone Tours, we’ll navigate. The Palotoa River and the Alto Madre de Dios River will lead us to Atalaya.
There, a private transport will be waiting for us. We’ll ascend to the cloud forest and then the Andes. Eventually we’ll arrive at the Cusco South Valley and then Cusco city. The arrival time is near 6:00 pm.
